Refundable Security Deposit
A €300 security deposit is required upon arrival. This deposit will be refunded upon check-out.

Children’s Policies
Children of all ages are welcome. To see accurate pricing and occupancy information, please add the number and ages of children staying to your search.
Cribs and extra beds are available upon request.

Payment methods
To make your stay simple and hassle-free, we accept both cash and credit card payments. You can choose the option that best suits you when completing your booking or upon check-in, before entering the apartments.

Late arrivals
Late arrivals incur a surcharge of EUR 40 from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM, and EUR 65 from 9:00 PM to 11:00 PM. All requests for late arrival must be confirmed by the property. For check-ins after 11:00 PM and until 2:00 AM, the fee is EUR 100.

Private parking
Parking is available on-site upon reservation at a rate of EUR 40 per night (from check-in until check-out), unless otherwise agreed.

Quiet hours
Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 9:00 AM.
