Our property is composed by three freestanding buildings with a garden overlooking them, former Art Nouveau villas renovated in 2025. It is located at Via Nino Bixio 20 and Via Carlo Poerio 38-40, in the heart of Porta Venezia, one of Milan’s most elegant and central areas.
Thanks to this strategic location, you can explore the city easily and fully experience all that Milan has to offer.
A few steps from our property is the Fashion District, with its luxury boutiques on Via Montenapoleone, Via della Spiga, and Corso Venezia, ideal for those who love exclusive shopping. Corso Buenos Aires, for colorful, more affordable shopping. For moments of relax in the open air, the Indro Montanelli Gardens are perfect for walking or jogging.
In less than 15 minutes on foot, you can reach San Babila, Corso Vittorio Emanuele II, and the majestic Piazza del Duomo, a symbol of Milan, as well as the Teatro alla Scala, the Castello Sforzesco, and the Pinacoteca di Brera, allowing you to immerse yourself in the city’s history and art.

How to reach us
From the airports
Milan’s airports—Linate, Malpensa, and Bergamo-Orio al Serio—are connected to the city center by taxi, private transfers, or public transportation. From Linate, the new M4 metro line quickly reaches the city center and Via Nino Bixio 20 in about 20 minutes. From Malpensa or Bergamo-Orio al Serio, the journey takes about 50–60 minutes, with connections by taxi, shuttle, or train.
From the central station
From Milan Central Station, Via Nino Bixio 20 is easily reached on foot in about 10 minutes or by public transportation. The station is served by regional, Intercity, and high-speed trains from all over Italy.

The nearest stop is Porta Venezia (red line M1), about a 5-minute walk from the property.
By car
Our property is accessible via the city center and the main highways. It is located near Porta Venezia and Corso Buenos Aires. We recommend checking for traffic restrictions in limited traffic zones (ZTL).
